The staff were very friendly and attentive. Whether it was at the restaurant, bar or reception they seemed happy to be helping us. The food was what you would expect, and they did their best to bring variety, which considering the buffet style is not easy. We liked that you could order a bottle of wine for dinner and there was a nice range in quality and price.

Fantastic location. Beach club was brilliant, lovely variety of food at breakfast and dinner - all very fresh. The entertainment was surprisingly good and although we were a good 30 years younger than the average guest age, the crowd would still have some fun in the bar in the evenings and we appreciated the peaceful daytimes! We’ll defo go back.

Hotel was lovely and would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast and dinner amazing. Staff were so helpful. Big shout out to Jose Luis in restaurant who always had a smile on his face and Lorena in Reception who was so helpful.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Two swimming pools - no fighting over beds!

The food was fresh and a great variety was laid out for every meal. The evening entertainment was better than my expectations. My first stay in a Riu hotel and it won’t be my last.

The position is excellent in a nice area of Costa Adeje , just a short walk from the Duque beach . There are several supermarkets and restaurant very near. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel staff is very professional and kind. The hotel food is various fresh and very good.
